That means that 10% of the people have 90% of the talent. Unfortunately, we are not in the 10% category. However, the rest of us are still better than 90% of the politicians.

What punishment allowed?

Little Rock is small for a city. Full of rednecks (many of them the smartest, nicest people you'll ever meet), High Society types, small business people and folks just like you and me. And criminals. In a place like this it's easy to forget the criminals (except those in government). I guess it's just like most cities this size. But it's still a shock to hear something like this on the news, to recognize the business where it happened. While we have something called a Justice system, it's really just a legal system. There can never be justice for this child and her family. How sad for them all.
