That means that 10% of the people have 90% of the talent. Unfortunately, we are not in the 10% category. However, the rest of us are still better than 90% of the politicians.

Where does the money go?

I stumbled across this and found it very interesting. Just how does the President decide what countries get foreign aid and how much? Just a few weeks ago Zeroman was wanting to add to what gets sent to Libya. Guess he'll be wanting to add even more now.
