The woman who grabbed a TSA goon's boob has been released and, if charged at all, will be charged with a misdemeanor. In a separate article it's noted that the woman has some support from the public, but the quotes used to demonstrate support are...tepid, to say the least.
And in another article a judge says that the TSA should have gotten comments from the public before installing the scanners in airports, but since they're already in place it's ok to go ahead and use 'em. Looks like the gubmint goons understand the principle of "better to ask forgiveness than permission" in getting their way. Seems to be working pretty well for 'em so far.
