That means that 10% of the people have 90% of the talent. Unfortunately, we are not in the 10% category. However, the rest of us are still better than 90% of the politicians.

Because they care about their citizens

From Israel Matzav comes a post in which the Turkish government is found to refuse help from those who can actually provide...help,  and accept...help from those incompetent in the necessary discipline, but of the correct mindset.

So glad our government is above that...what's that you say?  Of course, that was policy and mere livelihoods on the line, not actual lives.
