Self-Defense?

This cop was so terrified by the attempt of a handcuffed, barefoot, woman sitting on the curb to kick him that he felt it necessary to kick her in the head to protect himself.



He was convicted of felony battery and sentenced to prison, but the judge suspended the sentence.  So now that the trial is over, he is fighting to keep his job.  Must be a union member.
