From the H&Ps today

Patient states that he does not know when, where and why he was stabbed, but it occurred some time this evening.



We strongly advised the patient to stop abusing IV drugs.



He felt like having a fever few days back ,



Patient complains of shortness of breath when she removes her oxygen



Patient complains of exhaustion and shortness of breath caused by trying to remove undergarment.
