Syrian Refugees

While Syria's civil war has ravaged the country for more than two years, very few Syrian refugees have sought safety in the United States. The New York-based International Rescue Committee says that may be poised to change, however. Right now we are paying huge salaries to people to recruit more refugees and stirring up a war to create more for them to recruit. I'm so confused...can we at least keep them close to the Somali refugees, or is that too much to ask?
