That means that 10% of the people have 90% of the talent. Unfortunately, we are not in the 10% category. However, the rest of us are still better than 90% of the politicians.

Philosophical Question

Over at Tanktronic he's asking the question;
"You have two million dollars to spend on your community. You can either spend it on your local animal shelter or spend it fixing the teeth of poor children. Which do you pick?"
(These are your only two choices, and no dividing the money)

I have to say I agree with his answer, though his first suggestion is best, but I feel that way about all aid to healthy people.  They should be expected to contribute somewhere.  Humans don't have to be dependent.  What's your opinion?
