I shared this recipe with Tinkerbell today and it made me hungry for it. Therefore, dinner tonight will be Crabby Pasta.
Crab 1/2 to 1 lb (Fresh or frozen, real or fake, whatever floats your boat)
Angel Hair pasta
Parmesan, Fresh shredded
Roma tomatoes 1 1/2 to 2 lbs
A good white wine 1 cup (I'm sure you can figure out what to do with the rest)
Fresh Parsley, minced 1 handful (In my hand that would be somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2 c.)
Garlic, 3 or 4 cloves, minced
Lemon juice 1 splat
Salt to taste
Dice tomatoes and plop into a skillet with the wine, lemon, garlic and parsley. Cook on medium until it is appropriately saucy, stirring regularly. Cook the Angel Hair as directed on the package. Add crab to sauce and heat through. Mix sauce and pasta together, sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
