Liquid lunch annoys judge

A Swan Lake, NY man who was arrested for DWI in December, 2009 for the 10th time (couldn't find more recent data) has finally been jailed. Not for the DWI, no, for that he got bail.
Apparently showing up for court drunk with a bag full of beer is the real crime. Or maybe it was being an hour and a half late and interfering with the Judge's own "liquid lunch".
