That means that 10% of the people have 90% of the talent. Unfortunately, we are not in the 10% category. However, the rest of us are still better than 90% of the politicians.

Some days I'd rather work in a coalmine

I guess that's to be expected of a job where one of the requirements is not only to ask people about their last bowel movement, but to listen to the answer.

Nonetheless, I would really enjoy it if one day all of my patients actually acted like the adults they are supposed to be. I think the ratio of adults to childlike dependents of society is higher at private hospitals, but they will soon be going the way of the Dodo bird so moving to one of them would not likely be a good career choice at this time.
