Jo-Ann replies

I read this article the other day about the Jo-Ann Fabric company policy of prohibiting the carrying of weapons by people who obey the law and I sent them an email.

Today I received this:
Dear -,
Thank you for contacting Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores Customer Service. We apologize for our delay in responding.
Thank you for contacting us in regards to your concern about the concealed weapon sign posted at our Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Store.  It is our company policy to post this sign in stores where the state holds a concealed weapons law.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
You may contact Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores Customer Service via phone at 1-888-739-4120, Monday through Saturday, 9 am - 7 pm Eastern Time.
Thank you,
DeShawn

It looks surprisingly like the response received by Mr. Matthews.  So I replied with this:

Yes, I'm aware that is your policy.  If you read my email you will note that is why I contacted you.   Is a reply without an answer also your company policy?
