Tulsa is no place for car thieves

A man was arrested after stealing a car from a convenience store because the woman who owned it followed him until the police could catch up.

That was bad enough for the thief, but this one is also points out the need for choosing victims carefully...

JeremyPenny, of Tulsa, spotted the suspect stealing his car, followed him, and yanked him out of the car. Then he and his father hog-tied him and suspended him on a nearby fence until police arrived.

Though even in Tulsa the police feel obligated to give the standard spiel against self help.
