From the History and Physical

24 y/o injured in a motor vehicle accident.  There were four people in the car, though it was apparently driverless. Patient was combative and abusive and was thus paralyzed, intubated and sedated.  Plan to extubate in the am when he has sobered up and can cooperate in his care.
