As a lover of history I have had difficulty with the revisionist history in most programming. Instead of getting to enjoy it, I usually find myself yelling at the TV about the way the history is presented and the either shoddy research or slant given to it by people who despise the Constitution, the Founding Fathers or the principles on which this nation was formed. Recently though, and I know I'm late to the party, I've started watching "American Ride". Accurate history, narrated by someone who unabashedly states his support of and devotion to the Flag, the Constitution and the United States of America. It's a refreshing change.
Probably shot on a shoestring budget it's not perfect, but it is really a joy to see a program like this on TV.
