Budgetary Woes

I keep seeing Zeroman on TV saying we're just about there, while holding his fingers a quarter of an inch apart.

Well, Zeroman, what is it that is keeping you from taking that teeny tiny step? As head of the nation it is your job to keep things running, so be big and take that step.

Of course, it will mean giving up a weapon to use against the Republicans in blaming them for a shutdown, but its for the children and the elderly. Right?
